The rooms were nice and clean. The bathroom was very clean. I loved the location it is close to everything. The price was fantastic but only thing I was not crazy about was the windows as it had no view at all. Breakfast was not included but food is cheap everywhere so that really was not a problem. I would stay here again!
Perfectly comfortable hotel with great prices. Beds were great, our room was clean, shower was small but adequate, slight smell of the city's air quality/exhaust but not much to do about that. We walked a couple blocks for a great breakfast at the Grand Hotel which no one should miss. Easy walk to the Zocalo. Would definitely stay at Hotel Roble again.
Great,clean, modern business style hotel.Daily cleaning,good towels and bedding,bottled water in the morning, elevator,24 hour desk,ceiling fan and AC.Non smoking floor,our room was quiet but it was located off the street side.Perfect location to enjoy the Centro Historico without elevated prices.Will stay here again.
Rooms are very basic, no frills. Comfortable bed, you need to put up a deposit gir their safety box. Remote for tv didn't work but it was fine. If you have time to watch TV while in Mexico City, then you're wasting your time food at the restaurant is great! Try "chiles en nogada" when available!
It's an incredible hotel if you're visiting CDMX, it offers a good service and rooms for less money than others in the same location. It only takes a 3 minutes walk to arrive to the zócalo. Also you can visit the Maple restaurant or ask for room service, it's dishes are very good.
This place is very clean. Good service. Good location for our needs. We go a few times a year and tried a few other place but none match this one for our needs.
Our accommodations were cancelled and HR saved us! Super convenient and fair pricing. We will definitely come back.
My room had only windows opening to the building's ventilation shaft, facing the other similar rooms' windows, therefore airing the room was difficult. But the hotel is well located and cheap. Beds are comfy. Due to new year, the restaurant was closed in the afternoon and did not serve either dinner or breakfast the next day. That was a bummer for me. But I think unless you are there over christmas or new years, that would not be a problem.
